Dr. Haider Ali Shah founded the Global Institute of Hospitality and Innovation in 2026 with a singular vision: to create a world-class institution that bridges the gap between academic rigour and real-world industry practice.
With over two decades of experience spanning luxury hospitality, international business development, and higher education management, Dr. Shah has built GIHI into a truly global institution with campuses across the UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Under his leadership, GIHI has achieved NCC accreditation and established partnerships with leading industry organisations. Dr. Shah remains deeply committed to widening access to quality education and championing the next generation of global hospitality leaders — beginning with our Founding Cohort in 2027.
